We walk with business leaders who sense God inviting a different way of leading: from striving to trust
About River Advisors
Welcome.
We’re glad you’re here.
After over a decade of experience leading in corporate America, startups, churches, and ministries, River Advisors was founded by Anthony Remensnyder to walk with business leaders who sense God inviting a different way of leading: from striving to trust. This has been the constant invitation in Anthony’s journey, and his passion is to walk with leaders who feel invited to do the same.
Many capable leaders discover that the old way of leading, driven by pressure, effort, and self-reliance, no longer brings clarity or peace.
We help leaders slow down, listen, and discern what God is inviting them into, then walk alongside them as they faithfully live that out in real leadership decisions and growth.
God is the builder. We’ve walked with leaders across the United States and in frontier regions around the world through seasons of growth, transition, and discernment. Our role is to abide, listen, and bear the fruit He produces.
If you sense God inviting a different way of leading, especially if the old way no longer works, we would be honored to connect.
Our Process
We create space to slow down and listen carefully, helping leaders discern what God is actually inviting, separating His invitation from pressure, fear, or ambition.
Listen & Discern
We translate that discernment into clarity around direction, priorities, timing, leadership posture, and what to say yes or no to.
Clarify & Align
We walk with leaders as this is carried out in real life through decisions, structures, teams, and growth, helping them remain rooted in trust rather than slipping back into striving.
Faithful Execution

Strategy & Leadership Workshops
