After more than a decade leading across Fortune 20 corporate environments executing multi-billion dollar transformations, startups, churches, and ministry contexts, Anthony Remensnyder noticed a consistent pattern, including with himself. Many capable, faithful leaders, were doing everything they knew to do, working hard, leading responsibly, stewarding well, yet experiencing a growing weight beneath the surface.

Clarity took more effort. Peace didn’t last as long.

The work began to feel heavier than it should.

What was missing wasn’t discipline or responsibility.

It was learning how to remain with Jesus in the work instead of carrying the weight alone.

River Advisors exists to help leaders slow down, listen, and discern what God is inviting them into, then to walk with them as they faithfully live that out in real leadership decisions, growth, and complexity.
